Introduction - Login
Log in to ViewSpot Studio
To log in to ViewSpot Studio, follow these steps:
1. Open a web browser and enter the ViewSpot Studio URL supplied by ViewSpot Media. Press Enter on your keypad to display the Login screen.
2. Enter your email address and password, and then click LOG IN. The ViewSpot Studio Projects landing page displays.
Note: If this is the first time you have logged in to ViewSpot Studio, use the temporary password provided to you in an email. After you click LOG IN, you must create a new password and then log in again using that new password.
To log out of ViewSpot Studio, click the icon in the menu bar and select Logout.
Request Password Reset
If you forget your login password, follow these steps:
1. Click Don’t remember your password? on the Login screen.
2. Enter your email address on the screen that appears, and then click SEND EMAIL.
Note: The email address you enter must be associated with an existing ViewSpot Studio user account.
3. Open the email with the password reset instructions and click the CONFIRM button to create a new password. The Reset Password screen appears.
Note: If you do not see the email in your Inbox, check your spam/junk folder.
4. Enter your new password, and then re-enter it to confirm the change.
The password must adhere to the following rules:
● At least 8 characters in length
● Contain at least 3 of the following 4 types of characters:
— Lowercase letters (a – z)
— Uppercase letters (A – Z)
— Numbers (for example, 0-9)
— Special characters (for example, !@#$%^&*)
5. Click the Arrow button.
6. Return to the ViewSpot Studio login screen and enter your email address and new password, and then click LOG IN.
Change Password
To change your login password, follow these steps:
1. Log in to ViewSpot Studio.
2. Click the icon in the menu bar.
3. Click your email address to display your User Profile page.
4. Click Reset Password.
The Change Password screen appears.
5. Enter your new password, and then re-enter it to confirm the change.
Note: The password must adhere to these rules.
6. Click the button.
7. Return to the ViewSpot Studio login screen and enter your email address and new password, and then click LOG IN.
